💧Drinking more water throughout the day can lead to these great health benefits:

💧Fewer headaches
💧Improved bowel function
💧Clearer skin
💧Increased energy levels
💧Better concentration
💧Fewer sugar cravings

💧It’s difficult to be clear on exactly how much water we should be drinking every day – 8 glasses a day is the general rule which equates to about 1.2 litres of water.

💧However, the amount of water your body needs depends on your size, activity levels, climate, diet and many other variables. As a general rule of thumb, keep an eye on your wee! Anything darker than light yellow indicates that you need some water.

💧Here a few tips of how to improve your water consumption:

💧Keep a bottle with you at all times so you always have it there to sip on
💧Down at least 1 glass every morning when you wake up
💧Set an alarm on your phone every hour reminding you to drink a glass of water
💧Drink a glass of water before every meal or snack
💧Try adding sliced lemon or lime to give your water a fruity kick – try hot water with lemon too!

💧Happy hydrating!
