😤Next time you notice yourself experiencing a strong emotional response, try asking yourself these questions to check the facts:⁠⠀

❶ What has triggered this emotional response?⁠⠀
⁠⠀
❷ What interpretations or assumptions might I be making about the situation? Is there another way to view things?⁠⠀
⁠⠀
❸ Does my emotion and its intensity match the facts of the situation? Or does it just match my perception and assumptions of the situation?⁠⠀
